Whole Pasture Raised Certified Organic Fed Chicken

Our whole chickens are raised on open pasture at Glasgow's Gusty Pasture in Mussey Township, Michigan. This batch is Cornish Cross, fed certified organic starter and grower feed from day one, with no antibiotics, no GMOs, and no shortcuts. We let them grow at their own pace instead of rushing them to weight, which gives the meat better flavor and a more tender texture than a typical grocery store bird.

Whole birds average 3.5 to 6 pounds, sold frozen at $7 per pound.
